We are looking for an “Assembly Responsible” for our plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;
QALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in Industiral Engineering
- 0 - 3 years of working experience on assembly line
- Knowledge of Lean Production & Ergonomy
- Knowledge of MTM (Methods & Time measurement) is a plus
- Fluent in English - both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good at data processing & analysis and problem solving techniques
- Effective communication skills, high motivation and curiosity
- Male candidates must have completed military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Layout and headcount planning of production lines / investments,
- Implements of new and various production technologies equipments and machines to improve lines efficiency
- Monitors productivity and efficiency of assembly lines
- Analysis & improvs time studies, MTM(Methods & Time measurement) analysis and line balancing
- Responsible for waste reduction
- Performs ergonomic analysis and improve the situation.
