The Role: Assesment and Development Center Specialist/Senior Specialist


We are looking for high caliber professionals to help achieve our goal of becoming “one of Europe's three most successful apparel retailers by 2023”.


With Us, You Will Be Responsible


  • Determines the need for both Development Center and Assessment Center Applications for internal and external candidates for Headquarters and store positions in all countries where the company operates, and implements them within a certain plan,
  • Gives feedback using the correct method to enable them to make their own development plans.
  • Collects, classifies and statistically analyzes measurement and evaluation tools used within the scope of LC Waikiki Retail (Domestic / International),
  • At the end of the Development and Assesment Center Applications, prepares the report in accordance with the standards and shares it with the relevant people, gives face-to-face feedback,
  • Regularly reports competency measurement and evaluation activities on a monthly and periodical basis,
  • Conducts projects to identify / design and implement efficiently Behavioral Assessment methods and tools that will ensure the selection of the right person,
  • Designs processes from a system perspective.


The Candidate We Are Looking For


  • Preferably Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology / Industrial Psychology / Human Resources or related field
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Assessment, Development Center Processes and Projects, preferably 3-4 years’ experience in Recruitment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills,
  • Analytical thinking and a good observant,
  • Problem solving, planning and organizational skills,
  • The ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
