The Role: Assesment and Development Center Specialist/Senior Specialist
We are looking for high caliber professionals to help achieve our goal of becoming “one of Europe's three most successful apparel retailers by 2023”.
With Us, You Will Be Responsible
- Organizes Development and Assessment Center Applications and face-to-face feedback sessions for assessors,
- Collects, classifies and statistically analyses measurement and evaluation tools used within the scope of LC Waikiki Retail (Domestic / International),
- Regularly reports competency measurement and evaluation activities on a monthly and periodical basis,
- Support the preparation of top management presentations and reports,
- Participate in ongoing projects to identify / design and implement efficiently Behavioural Assessment methods and tools that will ensure the selection of the right person.
The Candidate We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology / Industrial Psychology
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and a good observant
- Problem solving, planning and organizational skills
- The ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
