  • Graduated from engineering departments of universities (Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering etc.),
  • Experienced (3-4 years) in process documentation, process improvement and creation of work flow charts,
  • Experienced in A3 Problem Solving Techniques, Lean Manufacturing Techniques, Kaizen Process Improvement models,
  • Experienced 6 Sigma Green Belt works,
  • Experienced in business analysis, project management and UX & Usability in the field of e-commerce,
  • Advanced level of English,
  • Advanced skills on MS Office programs, preferably Ensemble knowledge and experience,
  • Advanded abilities in identifying problems, collect data and draw valid conclusions
  • Advanced analytical point of view, visionary for the future,
  • Developed in research, development and problem solving,
  • Developed in teamwork, result oriented, strong follow-up direction.

Job Description


  • By following all technological developments, trends and customer demands in the field of E-Commerce, in order to coordinate all the processes related to all processes of the LC Waikiki Internet store and to coordinate the improvement/simplification studies and to make the necessary analysis;
  • End-to-end design of e-commerce processes and documentation of workflows,
  • Keeping current processes up-to-date, evaluating risks and opportunities, determining actions,
  • Collaborating with internal customers to increase the total value of the company with a continuous improvement perspective, Coordination of business units and preparation of responsibility matrices (RACI)
  • Carrying out routine field controls and risk assessment studies related to E-Commerce processes, following the relevant actions and reporting the results,
  • Follow-up of Kaizen studies carried out in e-commerce business units and providing mentorship,
  • Making problem solving A3s and mentoring the Problem Solving A3s prepared by the team,
  • Preparing and updating operational business continuity and crisis plans,
  • Carrying out improvement and development studies by following all technological developments and trends in E-Commerce,
  • Execution of UX & Usability studies to maximize customer experience,
  • Documenting existing processes, providing trainings and conducting process simplification studies to ensure operational excellence
