At least 2 years of E-commerce & Marketplace experience,
Intermediate knowledge about MS Office applications,
Advanced level of written and spoken English,
Having knowledge of basic retail mathematics or eager to learn,
Basic knowledge of using Google Analytics or eager to learn,
Having knowledge about fashion products or eager to learn,
Strong communication skills, customer oriented with commercial point of view,
Being good planner and well organized and being able to meet project deadlines,

Job Description
Preparing international E-commerce and marketplace daily/weekly/monthly sales reports,
Controlling the annual/monthly/weekly/daily turnover and gross profit targets of the product group and carrying out the actions related to their realization with the relevant units,
Manage the day-to-day operations and optimizations for all international E-commerce and marketplaces,
Supporting to integration processes for new marketplaces,
Working and aligning with category team for additional campaign plans of the E-commerce sales,
Coordinating with design, digital marketing, operations, project management units to ensure that the content is realized on time andto increase product performance and conversion rate,
Determining product needs in detail on a marketplace basis, in line with E-commerce trends,
Carrying out all visual marketing (operations processes) of campaigns,
Transferring knowledge and experience to team members in line with the area of responsibility and mentoring about technical process,
