Watsons Turkey

Watsons Turkey is one of the leading beauty and personal care retailer in Turkey with its nearly 350 stores in 60 cities. Watsons Turkey aims to make a positive difference in the lives of customers with the products and services with nearly 3,000 employees

Qualifications:

  • BA degree from a related department,
  • Min 3 year of experience in e-commerce operations (warehouse management, customer service management)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Knowledge of Visio is a plus),
  • Having good process and project management skills,
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Having successful planning and organizational skills,
  • Preferably with UX experience

Job Description:

  • Management of e-commerce order fulfillment processes,
  • Management of e-commerce related customer service enquiries,
  • Regular analysis of day-to-day running of website
  • Regular reporting of e-commerce operations KPIs.
