- Expert understanding of different technological components of online commerce,
- Computer skills include: Ms. Office, Expert in Excel, Google Analytics, Familiar with SAP – Hybris, Salesforce,
- Knowledge of database creation, reporting and management,
- Able to manage many projects and drive multiple threads of work,
- Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable working with data sets and making data-driven decisions. Experience with web analytics strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

How will you foster the change? We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist– e-Commerce & e-Support who will work for Customer Experience & Transformation Directorate.
- Delivering monthly/quarterly/annual eCom sales targets for related categories and relevant reporting.
- Being responsible for all promotions of assigned categories inline w/ strategy coorperating with marketing/crm/digital teams.
- Forecasting and adjusting efficient inventory level to meet ecommerce goals collaberation with suplly chain leads.
- Overseeing web catalog to ensure active SKU’s are live & healthy for in charged categories. Ensures web prices, images, specs & statuses are updated.
- Coordinating campaign agile team to launch eCom campaigns synchronized offline channel.
- Setting promo engines(s) and/or briefs accountable teams to set engines so as to run campaigns correctly.
- Building up upcoming campaigns by doing in depth sales data analysis connected with digital marketing KPI's (web metrics) and CRM (customer segment)
- Developing web user experience of all ecommerce funnells coorperating with digital marketing.
- Managing (lead & deliver) multiple e-Commerce business projects coorperating IT & related business units touching user experience&sales duties.
- Report/ticket of issues/errors/bugs of web promotion and user experiance flow.
