QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
E-Commerce Team Member
We are looking for an e-commerce team member who will join the international marketing team of Vizyon Deri’s brand, VSP.(vspparis.com). The desired candidate will work on the entire range of e-commerce activities of our brand with the initial focus being in supporting the e-commerce team in listings, product content entries, visual uploads, customer relations etc. The office is based in Güngoren Istanbul.
The ideal candidate would be fluent in English, have strong interest in fashion and have some experience selling on marketplaces (Preferably in fashion or apparel industry).
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Conduct ongoing activities of the e-commerce channels of the company, such as listing products, adding size charts and uploading visuals on e-commerce sites and shops in local and international marketplaces
· Adding and revising product descriptions
· After gaining enough experience, managing local e-commerce site of VSP and VSP shops in Turkish marketplaces such as Trendyol, Hepsi Burada.
· Prepare reports on digital marketing and sales performance of the brands make analyses of the results of campaigns and initiate action within the organization
· Manage customer relations
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in related fields
· A minimum of 1 year of experience
· Experience with online sales
· Understanding of customer needs with ability to respond effectively
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English
· Good relationship and team working skills
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Aiming to develop in marketing and fashion
