QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for E-Commerce Merchandiser to join its E-Commerce Department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree. (Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or Engineering degrees are preferred),
- Min. 4 years E-Com experience,
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
- Pro-active, analytical thinker, team player, well organized,
- Strong daily follow up and presentation skills,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, Excel is a must,
- No military service restriction for male candidates.
Job Description
- Responsible for online range availability through management of product allocation processes and setting of ATP for the online channel,
- Working with brand teams to support development of promotional & marketing calendars for E-Commerce channel which are aligned to retail stores but with specific initiatives for online only,
- Responsible for provision of all costs related to E-Commerce fulfilment to inform P&L for E-Commerce Turkey,
- Working through strong relationships with key functions, including Merchandising Team, Logistics, Finance, Customer Care and 3rd party service providers such as payment gateway services,
- Working with related parties to create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site and strengthen customer loyalty (Basic CRM activities),
- Be responsible from all reports needed internally and to the Host Brand.
