QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Monitor the category performance and take necessary actions to meet company targets,
- Manage the relations with sellers, brands and manage the acquisition process,
- Create overall marketing campaigns with other sales teams & sales planning and coordinate the team accordingly,
- Follow industry, trends, consumer and customer needs to develop strategic action plans suitable for market requirements,
- Optimize category sales performance
Qualifications:
- University graduate,
- Must have experience in e-commerce, especially in personal care category management,
- Experience in FMCG industry is preferred,
- Close relations with main distributors and sellers are preferred,
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Self-motivated and result oriented,
- Multitasking and entrepreneurial thinker,
- Fluency in written and spoken English,
- Excellent MS Office skills
