QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support Category Supervisor to monitor the category performance and take necessary actions to meet company targets
- Manage the relations with sellers and brands and support the acquisition process
- Assist sellers with their requests and questions about platform usage and support them with ideas to increase sales performance
- Support Category Supervisor to create overall marketing campaigns with another sales teams & sales planning department
- Make feasibility analyses and prepare reports about sellers, campaigns, and promotions' performance
- Follow industry, trends, consumer, and customer needs to develop strategic action plans suitable for market requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduate,
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, especially category management
- Close relations with main distributors and sellers are preferred
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and result oriented
- Multitasking and entrepreneurial thinker
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent MS Office skills
- No military service restriction for male candidates
