- Major degree from a reputable university,
- Minimum 2 years experience on category management processes,
- Sportswear retail experience is a plus,
- Excellent communication skills in English,
- Able to read Google Analytics data and take actions accordingly,
- Commercial and business sense,
- Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify trends, issues and sales performance within your category, competitors and industry.
- Organizing menu, filter, PLP and PDP changes and developments in order to optimize the customer experience and improve conversion rates.
- Analyzing brand, class, category, product group and product line performances in order to improve the merchandising of E-Commerce sites.
- Participating in E-Commerce development projects.
- Providing online product portfolio and ecommerce promotion plan excellence.
- Sales supporting actions management.
- Conducting sales analysis for category and product portfolio.
- Own marketplace category operations.
- Preparing weekly sales reports to diagnose the category performance.
- Working with merchandising, marketing, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for product portfolio.
