Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Textile Engineering,
  • At least 2 years of category management / product management and planning experience in e-commerce,
  • Having knowledge of basic retail mathematics,
  • Having knowledge of of using Google Analytics,
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel applications,
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications,
  • Preferably able to use Power BI, cube, and Controltower,
  • Willingness to data analysis, reporting,
  • Excellent analyzing and organizing skills,
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills,


Main Functions:

  • Responsible for the presentation to consumer for website merchandising – including product information, online assortment, product sets, testing, and promotion & campaign set-up based on merchandising calendar,
  • Ensuring communication and coordination between cross-teams,
  • Determining the annual, monthly, weekly and daily turnover and gross profit targets of the product group and carrying out the actions related to their realization with the relevant units,
  • Maintaining site navigation, including optimizing sorting / filters, creating / removing sub categories as needed in demandware based on merchandising and marketing strategies,
  • Implementing, optimize and execute the implementation of campaigns, and opportunities identified with web analytics tools,
  • Reviewing onsite search behavior to constantly optimize onsite performance by merchandising the products within the search results to drive conversion,
  • Proposing, preparing and monitor merchandising AB tests; analyze test results and present findings,
  • Driving changes to online merchandising strategy based on customer and competitive insights, brand strategy and e-commerce objectives and initiatives,
  • Creating, following and live-streaming projects for website experience improvements,
  • Regular competitor analysis and reporting.
