- Bachelor degree from the related departments,
- Min 5 years of experience in e-commerce, channel management, product development and similar areas,
- Advanced level of Google Analytics and MS Office, basic knowledge of HTML,
- Experience in web management and CMS,
- Good verbal and written skills in English,
- Customer oriented,
- Support open communication and feedback culture,
- Open to change and innovation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Taking actions to increase online sales and improve user experience of Mediamarkt’s web and mobile channels
- Coordinating all contextual & functional updates of the web and mobile channels in a daily operations
- Working closely with local and global IT teams, product owners, developers and other relavant departments
- Internal Site Search & Website Category Filters Management
- Participating bi-weekly development & UX sprints
- Supporting transformational activities such as behavioral targeting and recommendation system of digital channels
- Continuous review of user behavior data and suggestions to applicable improvements
- 2-3 years of work experience in user experience design, UI/UX, interaction design, product design, or visual design
- Depth of experience in delivering successful customer marketing programmes through Marketing Cloud Platforms like Insider, Emarsys etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires working on multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meeting deadlines with high-quality work products
