QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Beymen is looking for a Marketplace Growth Executive for CRM team, responsible for leading and planning necessary marketing/CRM initiatives for fast growing e-commerce business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Statistics,
- Analytical thinking, detail-oriented commercial mind,
- Experience in e-commerce business,
- Minimum 5+ years of working experience in segment / campaign management,
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of MS SQL is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Completing understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential,
- Creating campaign plans for new product line, incorporating with merchandising and pricing strategies,
- Improving the commercial journeys of different customer segments,
- Working closely with sales and category departments for achieving common KPI’s,
- Revenue management via creating offer portfolio and identifying segments,
- Bring new ideas to improve new business model,
- Supporting and leading strategic business initiatives,
- Evaluating data to highlight key insights and guide decision making.
