QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for “Category & Pricing Executive” to be employed in its Altunizade HQ.
- Developing reporting tools to improve the measurement of our sales performance and generate channel & customer insights for key areas,
- Liaising with sales&finance&supply chain teams to determine competitive pricing,
- Following-up P&L analysis by pack on a monthly basis to identify opportunities, to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Analyzing data or insights to determine channel-specific consumer needs including consumer satisfaction,
- Analyzing user needs of related category and preparing action project plans based on this analysis,
- Being responsible for trade marketing activities’ planning, bugdet preparation and monitoring,
- Following-up competition actions in close coordination with sales team, gathering insights to modify company execution models,
- Controlling & auditing merchandising activities and competition pricing on-field by periodic visits,
- Coordinating third party relations to provide Research Company reports, analysis, written,
- Measuring and enhancing product & channel performance,
- Planning and monitoring distribution, visibility, and in-store activities,
- Supportting channel-based launches and consumer programs,
- Preparing campaign plans according to company’s monthly focus target in coordination with the planning department,
- Analyzing gaps and their causes in customer performances vs. budget and supporting the development of possible solutions,
- Working closely with sales team to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs,
- Analyzing data on business performance and communicating with sales teams for improvement in efficiency and productivity,
- Collaborating and working across sales teams in a dynamic environment to develop an understanding of evolving business needs,
- Following up field team effencieny, design optimized route and organize KPI of field into 3S System,
QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc/BA degree in business administration, engineering or other related fields,
- Experience in Sales, Category or Trade Marketing preferably in FMCG (min. 3-5 years),
- Successful in P&L management, budget allocation and growth momentum,
- Knowledge of category management and pricing,
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fluency in English,
- Having a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles,
- Lives/can live in İstanbul,
- Completed military service (for male candidates).
