Yöntem Kozmetik, engaged in operations since 1998, acts as the distributor for;

· 3M, Puig and Wella Company for All Sales Channels,

· Bayer for Offline Sales Channel,

· P&G and Fater for Perfumery and Online Sales Channels

· Nutricia and Doğadan for Online Sales Channels.

Acting as a modern and reliable solution partner, it maintains its operations by establishing its sales and distribution network of cosmetics, fragrance and fast moving consumer goods with proven recognition and reliability according to life touching international standards on sustainable strategies with its proactive innovative and experienced teams.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and hardworking professional to join our team as Trade Marketing Category Manager to based in Istanbul, Turkey.

Job Description

· Sales Responsible for Bayer and Wella Companies,

· Identify the growth pillars to be deployed to accelerate channel growth (develop winning proposals for channels/customers: tailored products, promotion, cross category initiatives etc.) and work with multifunctional teams to ensure plans are incorporated in business cycle,

· Monitor the execution /activation budgets, including budget activation planning and responsible for raising issues/concerns if forecasts exceed budget or budget needs,

· Main responsible for a tracking and reporting tool to monitor activities, correlate activities to sales and monitor ROI for all Trade Marketing spent,

· Plan with sales and conduct regular customer and field visits to keep current on market trends, proactively making program advises to optimize opportunities and mitigate threats,

· Develop and lead an annual activation calendar encircle all BTL activations, including promotional programs, education, engagement and incentives,

· Focus on new shopper trends & profiles or expectation to expand sales of both critical priorities as Non Sugar agenda or snacks consumption,

· Contribute to integrated and collaborative communication process across Channel & Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing and Field Sales,

· Strong experience in managing third party agencies in the development planning and execution of brand and/or activites,

· Develop and manage compentancy program to increase customers capacity to adapt new shopper expectations,

· Ensure the brand strategy and program plan is effectively executed at all activities,

· Monthly trade marketing budget expenditures, invoice processes tracking and reporting.

General Qualifications

· At least 6 years experience in FMCG, both sales and trade marketing

· Computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office (e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Fluency in written and spoken English

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to create presentations and compose meaningful reports

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Passionate, solution oriented, open minded

· Strong follow-up on multi tasks and analytical skills
