Competencies
- University and/or Masters degree in related fields
- 5+ years of professional experience in Category Management. Proven experience in E-Commerce is a must.
- Experience managing business relationships with various stakeholders, negotiations and budgets.
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods and tools.
- Experience working within marketplace or private shopping industries is desirable
- Customer centric sense, commercial mind and enthusiasm to learn more,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
- High level analytical skills, strong problem solver and decision-maker
- Team management and networking to develop international relationship
Responsibilities
- Developing business relations with international online platforms inprofitable growth and long-term development.
- Preparing the strategy plan of brand and yearly commercial targets together with the planning team.
- Market researching, understanding the consumer and sharing commercial insights to product development team. Increasing worldwide brand awareness
- Understanding of key e-commerce metrics of each platform and using these metrics to reach more customer.
- Management of dynamic pricing & stock and campaigns by sales trading.
- Developing digital marketing strategy & Content plan together with online platform and marketing team. Applying each strategy to online platforms and analyzing results of campaigns, content performance.
- Defining operations requirements to deliver products on platform to maximize customer satisfaction and end to end productivity of business.
- Localization of product and content working together with design & Buying team.
- Management of all commercial operations and P&L.
- Leading high performing communication with partners and stakeholder teams.
