- Manage the corporate customer portfolio
- Manage the relations with sellers, brands and manage the acquisition process
- Responsible for customer satisfaction, retention and developing processes for his/her dedicated corporate customer portfolio
- Follow industry, trends and customer needs to develop and propose strategic action plans for market requirements
- Working closely with other departments to resolve customer needs
QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduate
- Minimum 2 years corporate customer management experience
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience
- E-commerce sales experience
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and result oriented
- Multitasking and entrepreneurial thinker
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent MS Office skills
- No military service restriction for male candidates
