Qualifications:
- BA degree from a related department,
- Min 5 year of experience in e-commerce operations (E2E ecommerce sales operations ,warehouse management, customer service management,)
- Experience in managerial positions and leadership skills
- Excellent observation skills to see the big picture in a high level and then identify bottlenecks & pain points in detail
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional management
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Knowledge of Visio is a plus),
- Excellent command of English,
- Having good process and project management skills,
- Having successful planning and organizational skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Job Description:
- Leading all E2E operations of e-Commerce business,
- Experienced with automation technologies in the line of warehouse, layout, picking and delivery processes.
- Discover &adopt new technologies to new courier & delivery models.
- Management of e-commerce order fulfillment processes,
- Management of e-commerce related customer service enquiries,
- Monitoring and improving management of operational costs
- Regular reporting of e-commerce operational KPIs
