QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for Field Learning Specialist to join its Hospitality Department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience (training), preferably in the retail sector,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Effective communications with excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills,
- Strong analytical thinking skills,
- Highly effective organization, planning, and time management skills.
THE ROLE:
- Devising the training strategy for Shake Shack, Le Pain Quotidien, Pinkberry.
- Planning annual training program,
- Preparing training budget according to plans,
- Keeping training records,
- Managing in-house trainers trainer pool and ensures in-house trainers development.
