Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for Field Learning Supervisor to join its Wellness Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university,
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in, training and development
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Effective communications with excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Highly effective organization, planning, and time management skills
  • No restrictions to travel.

THE ROLE:

  • Develop a training schedule to meet the identified needs and ensure consistency of approach across all stores.
  • Apply their knowledge, and experience of the business to structure commercially focused training events or sequenced learning programs that develop management skills, product knowledge and build brand identity.
  • Carefully monitor and follow up the store's training needs and training as per the commercial priorities and yearly training plan.
  • Creates and sends out the monthly training calendar to inform all the incumbents.
  • Translation and publication of the brand/operations manuals.
  • Prepare all the new/updated training materials signed off or launched.
  • Assists with the induction and training for new store openings; works with the Operations Manager to ensure quality standards are met; follows through on post store openings to identify any immediate training needs and provides the appropriate training.
  • Planning store visits, observing sale behaviors on the sales floor, and coaching them by giving instant feedback.
