QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or other related disciplines,
- Max. 5 years of HR experience in Learning & Development, Career Management and Talent Management functions,
- Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills,
- Well-organized, a self-motivated with enthusiasm and initiative,
- A good team player with analytical thinking, paying attention to details,
- Excellent problem solving skills,
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
- Having a full proficiency on any of LMS or Continuous Learning Programme,
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
Job Description:
- Manage and improve the processes related to LMS and Continuous Learning Programme,
- Organising and managing Learning and Development activities/plan,
- Preparing the Learning & Development budget,
- Preparing training needs analysis to create training contents, training presentations and calendars accordingly,
- Reporting of month-based training and development activities,
- Measuring and reporting training effectiveness in specific periods,
- Supporting the execution of development projects and talent management projects,
- Managing all processes related to Training and Development function in audit processes.
