QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- At least 3 years experience in HR functions
- Analytic thinking, analyzing and reporting capability
- Advanced of planning and organizing ability
- Good knowledge of MS Office Programs; knowledge of SAP HR module is preferred.
- Dynamic, entrepreneurial professional with both operational and strategic approach
- Outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Self-initiator with exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Job Description
- Executes headcount planning, recruitment and onboarding process,
- Provide for the implementation of performance management system,
- Specify training needs,
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system,
- Take part in all HR processes within the business (Performance Management,Succession Planning and Talent Management),
- Support other HR projects.
