QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for Field Learning Supervisor to join its Starbucks division.

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in training needs analysis, planning, implementation, measurement and evaluation
  • Preferably with experience working in the retail industry
  • Have team management experience
  • Good command of English
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Completed military service for male candidates
  • No travel restrictions


Job Description

  • Developing the training strategy to ensure the career development of all field partners,
  • To create and implement business plans within the framework of the developed. strategies and to review these business plans when necessary,
  • Identify training and development needs and priorities,
  • To ensure the preparation and implementation of training and development plans and programs,
  • Measuring the efficiency of training and development programs,
  • Ensuring Training Centers are ready in a complete and timely manner and that the training activities can be implemented properly,
  • To take part as an assessor during assessment processes of all field partners within the framework of their career plans.
  • To lead the field trainer team directly reports to him/her and to monitor work results. To guide the team towards success by systematically giving accurate and constructive feedback on their performance and competencies.
  • Preparing training documents and delivering training within his/her expertise.
