QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Fresenius Medical Care Turkey is the premier healthcare company focused on providing the highest quality care to people with renal and other chronic conditions. We are looking for a Training & Organizational Development Responsible who will be able to work for our Human Resources Department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR Functions like training & development, performance management, talent management
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understanding
  • Approachable, collaborative, solution-oriented.
  • Team Player with a strong drive to create positive work environment,
  • Passion for continuous learning, ability to solid apprehension and fast familiarization with new and complex tasks
  • Good project management and organizational skills
  • Consultative approach and working style
  • Ability and motivation to proactively drive processes and projects
  • Understand and use modern communication software and systems
  • Strong digital user knowledge (MS Office, Intranet. MS Teams, etc.)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital learning tools and digitalization?
  • Learning Management System (LMS) management experience is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Taking role in transformation of Training & Organizational Development system
  • Prepare periodical reports on trainings and projects
  • Proposal & development of new projects
  • Responsible of onboarding process
  • Follow up training budget
  • Prepare training result reports
  • Delivery of orientation trainings and some internal soft-skill trainings
  • Training need analysis (conducting surveys and field study, doing interviews with related parties)
  • Planning, organization & execution of internal & external trainings
  • To be aware of new trends and tools in employee development
  • To provide career and development support for employees' development planning
  • To follow suggestions and improvement systems
  • Assist and participate in multinational HR programs related to training & talent development,
  • Organize, follow up, and report the yearly training plans,
  • Develop digital training procedure manuals, guides, content and course materials,
  • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements,
  • Performs other training and talent development-related duties as required.
