We are currently searching a Compensation and Benefits Specialist/Supervisor who will report to Head of HR in Turkey Organization with the following qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economy, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering,
- Several years of deep experience in the field of compensation & benefit,
- Having comprehensive knowledge and experience in the field of grading systems, job evaluation, salary adjusments, headcount planning, payroll transactions, sales incentives and performance bonus systems, wage management and employee budgeting.
- Being detail-oriented, analytical-thinking , multi-tasked in a fast-paced environment,
- Absolutely reliable, collaborator, perfectionist, proactive
- Attach importance to team sipirit and having high level of social competence,
- Good communication skill in English,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, Success Factors Poldy & Workday systems.
- Having no restriction to travel.
Responsibilities
- Being in charge of all aspect of Renumeration and Incentivisation System,
- Preparing the yearly HQ and Clinics employee annual budgets and its forcasts.
- Carrying out headcount planning before the budget process each year
- Controlling the budget and actual personnel costs on a monthly basis and reporting the deviations,
- Working in coordinated with the Compensation & Benefit Center of Excellence HR Departments of EMEA and Global Fresenius Medical Care
- Revision of individual wages in salary increase and promotion periods in a way to keep within grading structure and salary bands,
- Conducting the preparation, approval and evaluation processes of KPI forms within the framework of performance and bonus system,
- Specifying C&B offers for the new joiners in line with budget and renumeration policy of Fresenius Medical Care,
- Conducting workforce planning, feasibility studies and gap analysis of personnel costs in M&A projects,
- To monitor real-time personnel attendance, overtimes and efficiency of workforce utilisation.
- Executing local integration for benefits, compensation, goals & performance, absence and insights modules of workday program.,
- Working in cordination with the Financial Controlling Department in order to detect work force based inefficiencies and take actions accordingly,
- Preparing monthly, annually and ad hoc HR reports when necessary.
