We are looking for a new colleague as “Compensation & Benefits Specialist” located in İstanbul accordance with the following criteria for our company:

University degree preferably from Engineering, Statistics or Business Administration
Minimum 3 years experience in Compensation & Benefits
Strong and proven analytical skills
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Knowledge in Willis Towers Watson methodology will be an asset

Job description

Supports rewarding policy setting and review studies both for headquarter and all Ekol countries
Executes compensation and benefits processes like the salary increase, variable pay calculations, determining benefits, defining salaries for employee candidates etc.
Makes analysis by using salary survey data and other related data for balancing internal and external equity
Supports job analysis and organizational structure studies
Supports budgeting process and feasibility studies related to compensation and benefits processes
Implements compensation projects for the entire organization
Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives
