We are looking for a new colleague as “Project Management Lead” accordance with the following criteria for our company:
General Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in agile methodologies, through knowledge of Scrum / Kanban is a must
- Experience in working and applying Agile/Scrum for minimum 2 years in e-commerce and/or supply chain business is an advantage. (Scrum Master role is preferred.)
- Detail-oriented and resourceful attitude with the ability to manage shifting priorities between several projects
- Excellent communication, coaching and motivating skills
- Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent command of English is a must
- Willing to seek ways to improve better processes, best practices within teams and organization.
- Experience in scaling agile teams and in scaled agile methodologies like Nexus or LeSS is an advantage
- Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and/or PMI-ACP certification is an advantage
Job Descriptions
- Driving our digital transformation and software development projects based on agile framework
- Ensuring correct adoption and application of agile practices in the projects and making adjustments as necessary
- Train team members on agile framework
- Assess agile maturity of teams and coach to higher level of maturity at a sustainable pace
- Knowledge and experience about coaching on scaling agile frameworks
- Supporting product owner with product backlog generation and transforms all customer requirements into a roadmap
- Practicing continuous improvement on the scrum processes, all kind of workflows, communication paths and methodologies
- Ensuring quick resolution and communication of all issues, risks and action items
