QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
IDA Process is an engineering company specializing in the design, development, integration and implementation of OT Cyber Security Applications, IoT solutions, Industry 4.0 Digitalization Applications and Industrial Automation systems.
We are looking for a "Project Manager" to join our team with the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
Our Project Manager is responsible for the technical management of design, customer-oriented configuration, system integration, testing and commissioning activities.
In this direction;
- Procurement and follow-up of the project within the determined timeline / budget / scope
- Providing and supervising the procurement-related activities of the project,
- Analyzing and addressing project risks and regularly disseminating lessons learned, checking the correct management of contract documents and ensuring that relevant "up-to-date records" are made, collected and filed, to provide reports on the technical and economic performance of the Project through Monthly Project Reports,
- Building strong relationships with customers
Background:
- Graduated from engineering departments of universities,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Automation,
- At least 2-3 years of experience in DCS, PLC and SCADA (Preferably Schneider Electric Product Groups),
- Systematic, dynamic and prone to teamwork,
- Experienced in subcontractor and team management,
- A collaborative, solution-oriented approach and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written,
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
- Attention to detail and result oriented,
- No barriers to travel if needed.
