Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics and/or other related field
- Min. 1 year of previous experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis, with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- No military service obligation for male candidates
Job Description
- Assist in developing, implementing & administering reward programs
- Provide support for the annual compensation review process, the salary survey submissions and market analysis.
- Assist in job matching, compilation of survey data, analysis of survey results and reporting of survey results
- Assist in preparation of the annual budget
- Maintain compensation data and track of employee changes - Assist in the analysis of base and variable compensation
- Monitor the payroll process
- Prepare monthly/quarterly HR Reports
- Manage Human Resources Database Systems
- Develop salary proposals at recruitment stage and realize annual salary increases/adjustments
- Provide advice and guidance on global mobility matters to HRBPs, field HR, line leaders and international assignees
