We are seeking for high potential candidates to be evaluated in our Human Resources Team with the following qualifications;


· Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or other related disciplines,

· 3-6 years experience in Compensation and Benefit in global companies,

· Excellent command of English is a must,

· Advanced level of MS Excel is a must (SAP HR module knowledge is preferrable),

· Knowledge of a well-known Compensation Model methodology is a must,

· Strong relationship management with stakeholders with a close follow-up on deadlines,

· Strong organization skills to deliver multiple projects with tight deadlines,

· Passionate about digging into the numbers while having the ability to see the big picture,

· Experience in personnel costs and budget.


JOB DESCRIPTION


· Prepare budget/ actual realizations periodically,

· Prepare and consolidate analytics reports for Finance and Global on a monthly basis,

· Analyze workforce results for efficiency purposes periodically,

· Coordinate HeadCount – Paycost process,

· Coordinate annual personnel budgeting process,

· Manage offers and benefits of the newcomers of Deloitte,

· Manage the operation of annual salary increase and company bonus processes,

· Follow market trends in total rewards,

· Redesign templates for budgeting process and people analytics reports
