· Bachelor’s degree in related fields, (Business Administration, Economy, Engineering),
· Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR Department with leading OD or C&B projects,
· Excellent command of written and spoken English,
· Experience working within an organizational development department, analyzing numeric data, and providing robust output for the business,
· Experience in project management,
· Strong technology skills and MS Excel expertise are required,
· Highly numerate, excellent attention to detail and strong data analysis skills,
· Experience in project-related work, ideally in a team leader capacity,
· Highly effective organization, planning, and time management skills,
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Reporting to OD Manager,
· Supporting Compensation & Benefits functions such as Annual Sales Review, promotions, incentives, spot salary determination for Head Office & Stores, etc.,
· Managing organizational changes and reorganizations,
· Preparing headcount budget & following up,
· Preparing ad-hoc reports & presentations regarding C&B issues,
· Preparing HR department budget,
· Designing incentive scheme,
· Own, plan, and deliver defined projects within the Organizational Development team
· Establishing a KPI based performance management system,
· Developing the HRIS system,
· Updating job descriptions,
· Preparing & developing HR documentation (processes and policies through procedures),
· Ensure timely and accurate production of standard and customized HR (including all HR functions) reports for the Business.
