QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for a "Quality Assurance Assistant Specialist" to join its"Supply Chain & Procurement" department.


QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Enviromental Engineering
  • 1-3 years experience in the industry
  • High knowledge of Enviromental Legislation, Quality Management Systems and inspections.
  • Understanding of food manufacturing including Food GMPs, SOPs, HACCP/Food Safety, auditing, and inspections will be an asset.
  • Proactive, achievement-oriented, and problem solver
  • Inter-personal skills, communication, persuasiveness, assertiveness and negotiation through the organization
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Military obligation completed for male candidates.
  • No restrictions to travel.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for Regulatory environmental processes set up such as Zero waste, deposits etc.
  • Ensure global standarts, legal mandotories and local management policies for stores and warehouses.
  • Conducting local audits.
  • Preparing periodical management reports to highlight strengths & opportunities.
  • Reports directly to Quality Assurance Manager.
