QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for "Assistant Sales Training Executive" position for our Sales team. Take this opportunity to GROW together!
In this role you will;
- Establishment and reporting of individual development needs of sales department and related training plans, training contents
- Giving trainings determined by Nutricia managers
- Creating training tools and documents for trainings
- Training organization (training hall, transportation, accommodation etc.)
- Reporting business results of the trainings
- Finding new methods for both online and face-to-face training sessions
- Ensuring the e-learning platform is up-to-date and accessible
- Developing tools to incerase the use of e-learning platform
- To appoint, monitor and report training contents, assignments and exams in parallel with Nutricia's vision and strategies via E-learning system
- Working with 3rd party suppliers to ensure that the improvements on the E-Learning platform are made on time, in the targeted quality and budget
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;
- University degree in a related department
- 1 or >1 years of experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English
- Expert level of MS Office
- Ability to understand business-driven needs and their link to strategic business objectives
- Strong interest in learning & helping people grow
- Strong follow up & organization & planning skills
- Result-focused, pro-active, creative and ambitious
- Strong communication & colloboration skill
