  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

How will you foster the challenge?
  • Managing and coordinating a complex agenda and travel schedule,
  • Managing information flow and communication within the company,
  • Organizing executive meetings,
  • Managing whole department's documentation and travel organizations,
  • Maintaining schedules and calendars,
  • Arranging and confirming appointments,
  • Greeting and guiding of visitors.
