- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
- Knowledge of problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

How will you foster the challenge? - Managing and coordinating a complex agenda and travel schedule,
- Managing information flow and communication within the company,
- Organizing executive meetings,
- Managing whole department's documentation and travel organizations,
- Maintaining schedules and calendars,
- Arranging and confirming appointments,
- Greeting and guiding of visitors.
