  • Assisting the Executive level in reporting, presentations, organisations and daily businesses,
  • Handling internal and external communication, organising the agenda,
  • Managing all travel and accommodation bookings,
  • Coordinating the communication among divisions,
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating arrangements for meetings,
  • Greeting, receiving and guiding visitors,
