Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in related field
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (German is an asset)

Job description:
Assisting CEO and directorate in all administrative duties, providing quality information exchange between the CEO and related internal/external parties.
Organizing calendar of CEO, processing incoming meeting requests
Attending meetings, keeping the protocols, making the necessary preparations, analyzes and studies for the meetings together with the responsible Executive Board Members.
Ensuring transparency on issues and decisions, as well as coordinating information exchange between the management and the departments.
Preparation and follow-up of the meetings of the Board of Management & Board of Director (agenda, presentations, meeting minutes) and follow-up of the assignments/tasks.
Creating documents, presentations and speeches to support business management in both internal and external affairs.
Coordination and follow up of the tasks & tracking reports of all departments & working closely with line managers in the company.
Creating and consolidating contents of large-scale organizations such as workshops, company gatherings (Townhalls). Preparation and organization of the entire event (communication with agencies, etc.)
Generating solutions to daily problems. To provide solutions, report and prepare documents in accordance with the current demands and requirements of all kinds (HR, IT, Law, Production, etc.) within the CEO.
Responsible for creating and implementing internal employee communications content related with Board of Management activities/decisions.
Managing MBO Social Intranet page, Social Media accounts of CEO and creating regular contents.
Responsible for coordinating employee benefits regarding sponsorship projects of the company.
