QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an ‘Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant’ to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.

What are we looking for in Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant ?

  • University Degree from reputable universities,
  • Having at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant,
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks; excellent time management and organizational skills,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Turkish),
  • Demonstrated project management skills,
  • Stress tolerance, pro-active, self-motivated and extremely detail-oriented,
  • Professional knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint),
  • No travel restrictions.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To;

  • Screen and respond to incoming calls, email and other highly sensitive communications,
  • Acting as the first point of contact and coordinating meetings between departments and outside parties,
  • Organize and arrange agenda of Chief Marketing Officer in a fast-paced and ever-changing daily schedule,
  • Preparing a variety of documents; presentations, reports, written agreements, memos, letters, and other documents,
  • Greeting visitors in a professional manner,
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements; prepare detailed travel itineraries inclusive of flights, visas, hotels, meeting agendas and travel with CMO when necessary,
  • Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research for projects,
  • May handle special projects and execute research and data analysis tasks,
  • To follow and organize the personal program of the CMO,
  • Coordinating personal duties of CMO such as dry cleaner, house management, etc.,
  • Translate documents, conversations in English-Turkish when needed,
  • Maintaining CMO’s image/digital presence in all kinds of media,
  • Attending meetings and events by proxy to represent the CMO when necessary.
