QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a new team member who will be mainly responsible for assisting International Markets Vice President & supporting the department’s operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Min 3 years experience as an executive / administrative assistant or related position preferably in a multinational company,
  • University degree,
  • Excellent command of English (both writing and speaking)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,
  • Well organized, good follow-up skills, strong organizational and co-ordination skills,
  • Excellent communication and time management skills,
  • Able to work on own initiative and be proactive,

Job Description

  • Maintain a complex calendar and prepare for external and internal meetings, schedule travel logistics and conference calls.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and correspondence, process incoming & outgoing mails
  • Carrying out the daily work follow-up.
  • Carrying out department’s operational and administrative processes ( purchase orders, arrangements, etc.)
  • Carrying out communication with suppliers and related department teams in line with department and business needs
