QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. This is a full time role from Monday to Saturday and weekend may be needed sometimes if needed to do a tour.
Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Administrative tasks
Manage sponsored ads on Amazon
Run market analysis or scout products through Helium 10, JS Pro or AMZ Scout and profit analysis of products accounting for all shipping and Amazon fees.
Manage CS team to support Amazon & e-commerce clients over the phone and email while handling managing them on other aspects of CS like AtoZ claims, negative reviews & negative feedback of all marketplaces with a process in place for obtaining positive reviews & feedback.
Manage marketing team to effectively list products in Amazon with best title, content/specs, professional images, back-end keywords in the best UI designed listings through the A+ content (Amazon EBC).
Turkish tutoring
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Advanced in English
Drivers License
Attentive individuals
Customer Service Oriented
Working knowledge in Amazon, eBay and Shopify
Nice to have:
Experienced in SMM on Instagram, YouTube and *
Experienced in digital marketing such as Google Ads PPC
Experienced in SEO
Experienced in Shopify
Pay Terms
10.000? starting and 2.000? increase after two months.
