Board Assistant
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as Executive Assistant
Multi-tasking with sense of urgency
Able to work within due deadlines with attention to detail, accuracy, consistency and a high degree of quality in work
Excellent follow-up skills
Success and result oriented with positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written skills in Turkish and English
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Good at taking initiatives and prioritization
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP
Awareness and attention of confidentiality
JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain Board Members agenda and schedule high volume of meetings in a global setting across multiple time zones
Manage administrative activities, including arrangement of domestic and international travel and accommodations, logistics and catering for internal meetings and prepare expense reports.
Attend meetings as needed and take meeting minutes
Make research and reviews about requested topics
Maintain intercompany communication flow with management
Proactive response to management requests
