What is the Purpose of role?
- Development of category growth plans based on company targets
- Planning and execution of new product launches and channel activities. Tracking post performance and contributing to strategy
- Identifies channel needs, executes in the best way
Which are key deliverables expected to show success in the role?
- Successful account based activities with channel team
- Yearly efficient promotion planning and production
Which are the key accountabilities?
- Trade Term Budget
- Creation of Channel Based Activity Grid
- Regular field visits
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 2-5 years experiences in Trade Marketing in FMCG sector
- Advanced command of English
- Good communication skills
- Very good follow-up
