QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering departments or Business Administration,

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant industries (motor, drives etc.),

  • Having experience in B2B sales is a plus,

  • Having an international sales experience is a plus,

  • Highly motivated and being able to motivate others,

  • Predicting opportunities and threats with analytical point of view,

  • No restriction for traveling,

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,

  • Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,

  • Outside the boxthinking ability,

  • Open to innovation culture,

  • Flexible and open to new perspectives,

  • A great team player with a self initiative mindset,

How will you foster the challenge?

We are looking for a passionate Business Owner  who will join our team at WAT Motor Company - Sales & Marketing (Europe & America) Directorate.

  • Being responsible for achiving sales targets (revenue, inventeries, receivables),

  • Improving sales growth through customer satisfaction as well as new accounts development,

  • Coordinating key activities which will turn into success,

  • Ensuring delicate communication between clients and key internal resources (operations & R&D & Finance etc.),

  • Contributing & Implementing channel strategy,

  • Facilitating customer inquiries and preparing quotations,

  • Making frequent site visits,

  • Supporting team members and agile transformation of the company.
