QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

  • Managing international sales operations by collaborating with other departments in the company.
  • Responsible for all processes about customers’ orders, shipments and payments.
  • Working in cooperation with export operation, logistic, marketing, product planning and allocation departments
  • Receiving the seasonal orders from international partners through annual sales conferences.
  • Taking necessary actions to realize monthly shipments in line with monthly international sales budgets.
  • Analyses sales data and prepare monthly P&L and LFL sales reports to improve the sales performance for all current and potential business.
  • Solves problems effectively and manages risks to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Coordinate with Manager to determine an efficient business plan to achieve all annual sales goals.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing existing customer.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in related area

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in International Retail Sales Department

· Advanced English, both writing and speaking

· Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel is must

· Familiar with data analysis and reporting

· Nebim V3 knowledge is a plus

· Passionate, solution oriented, open minded

· Dynamic, self-motivated and teamwork oriented

· Strong follow-up on multi tasks and analytical skills

· No restrictions for travelling
