Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry,
  • Demonstrated competence in coordination & stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to work with different groups (both cross functional& cross-organizational)
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, decision making and result-oriented and follow-up skills are essential
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluent in English


Job Description

  • Coordinate the overall launch process of new products for international markets, starting from the initial regulatory phase to the final release and delivery of the launch goods to the customer
  • Monitor all the procurement, supply planning, production, packaging and release processes of new products
  • Communicate with the customer directly for any information exchange
  • Execute the Demand and Supply planning of related new products together with internal functions
  • Monitor the Artwork and Design process of new products, communicate directly with the customer for each artwork step till final approval
  • Monitor the transportation routes of new products under official contracts and coordinate the final delivery to destination with close follow-up together with Logistics team
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPoC) between related functions from technical operations and international customers.
  • Manage the related individual projects; incl. API supply switches, Artwork changes, rolling forecasts and replenishment order management of routine products post-launch
  • Integrate the internal system of commercial launch management and post-launch management and train-related functions whenever necessary
  • Announce the Monthly Launch Reports internally
  • Participate in S&OP meetings as a Commercial Launch Representative
  • Integrate saving projects for possible write-offs and create cost avoidance awareness
  • Support Finance team during TGT / LF settings for new coming projects/products
  • Managing the order process from order to delivery.
  • Collect sales forecests &monthly orders from existing markets, distributors, own markets etc andupdate related ERP systems accordingly
  • Monitor and manage all shipment process with all internal and external partners including all necessary shipment documents for on time delivery.
  • Guide and challenge related parties to increase forecast accuracy
  • Manage the information flow & coordination between the relevant departments and the customers to solve possible commercial and technical problems
  • Ensure that the commercial conditions of the products are up to date on the related systems
  • Support budgeting process of the International Markets Department
