QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Abdi İbrahim is the leading pharmaceutical company in Turkey, having approximately 4.600 employees. High-speed production and packaging machines equipped with the latest technology are used in production facilities, which are inspected and approved by the authorities and leading companies in different countries for drug production in Europe and the world. As Abdi İbrahim, we do not only produce our own products in our facilities here, but also provide production services for different national and international companies.

We're currently looking for a Employee Experience and Employer Brand Specialist.The ideal candidate is required to have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Administrative / Social Sciences or Industrial Engineering,
  • Min 1 years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding and social media processes,
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
  • Strong analytical ability and eagerness to learn,
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work with critical timelines,
  • Project management skills,
  • Ability to exercise good judgement, independent decision making and problem solving skills,
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Manage company career social media accounts,
  • Manage university clubs and youth communication organizations, take part in the preparation of visuals and documents that will reflect our employer brand,
  • Take part in internal-external communication issues, create a communication strategy aligned with EVP, prepare content on newsletters and corporate news, communicate with other 3rd parties, take part in the development of EVP-aligned activities for both candidate acquisition and talent retention,
  • Organize activities to understand the pulse and expectations of the employee, conduct internal and external perception research processes,
  • Carry out project processes with human centered design, design thinking approaches, take part in process improvement studies with approaches that involve employees, offer solutions that will improve employee experience,
  • Coordinate and conduct activities such as an employee committee, hobby clubs, well-being and social responsibility that will support internal communication.
