The Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Supervisor will develop and execute strategies related to attracting, sourcing and selecting the top talents in market. The incumbent must develop and maintain the network, ensure information sharing and collaboration between stakeholders and play an active role in the recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a long-term employer branding image, talent acquisition strategy and roadmap to attract talents to the company and align candidate and employee experience
  • Determine the positions to be filled with internal clients
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with external and internal clients through integrity and professionalism and follow up on current joint
  • Coordinate work team activities and follow up on team objectives
  • Develop the network and create interest through daily social network updates
  • Implement new recruitment processes and methods
  • Develop strategic relations with contacts within key associations and university programs to support the sourcing of top student talents
  • Take part in major industry events
  • Responsible for the full cycle hiring process; from the search to the signing of the candidate
  • Execute HR communication with employees and managers
  • Managing and coordinating the talent acquisition team
  • Conducting a recruitment system infrastructure to follow up end to end recruitment journey
  • Managing and coordinating all the recruitment projects with HRBPs
  • Coordinate the relationships with the agency and other service providers
  • Responsible for 3rd party recruitment contract, career platforms (Linkedin, Kariyernet, etc.)
  • Developing a candidate talent pool for positions that may be needed immediately or in the future
  • Coordinating all employer branding activities of the company
  • Provide content for media, web, mobile and digital platforms, manage social media platforms
  • Manage the budget for employer branding, talent acquisition activities and social media platform
  • Implement HR Digitalization concepts (mobile apps, new systems) by clarifying requests of HR, make recommendations to address issues and priorities in all HR processes
  • Developing standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics & analytics, conduct surveys

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Min 4-5 years’ experience in recruitment in a fast paced, high-growth organization
  • Experience in both corporate and recruitment agency is preferable
  • Networking experience
  • Capable to work with local and international teams, a good team player
  • Very strong communication, negotiation, conflict management skills, customer oriented
  • Excellent level of analytical skills, strategic, solution oriented, proactive
  • SAP & Success Factor knowledge will be a plus
  • Eligible to frequent travel
