QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Abdi İbrahim is the leading pharmaceutical company in Turkey, having approximately 4.600 employees. High-speed production and packaging machines equipped with the latest technology are used in production facilities, which are inspected and approved by the authorities and leading companies in different countries for drug production in Europe and the world. As Abdi İbrahim, we do not only produce our own products in our facilities here, but also provide production services for different national and international companies.

We're currently looking for a Employee Experience and Employer Brand Supervisor.The ideal candidate is required to have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Administrative / Social Sciences or Industrial Engineering,
  • Min 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding and social media processes,
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
  • Strong analytical ability and eagerness to learn,
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work with critical timelines,
  • Project management skills,
  • Ability to exercise good judgement, independent decision making and problem solving skills,
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Ensure the management of company career social media accounts,
  • Ensures the management of university clubs and youth communication organizations, determines and monitors employer brand actions,
  • Follow internal-external communication issues, create a communication strategy aligned with EVP, control the contents of newsletters and corporate news, communicate with other 3rd parties, develop EVP-aligned activities in terms of both candidate acquisition and talent retention,
  • Create activities and actions that will understand the pulse and expectations of the employee, carry out internal and external perception research processes,
  • Coordinate project processes with human centered design, design thinking approaches, improve employee experience processes with employee-involving approaches,
  • Coordinate the work of the employee committee, hobby clubs, well-being, social responsibility.
