QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Statistic
- Max 3 years work experience in Demand Planning, inventory management
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Demand planning/forecasting or supply chain initiatives is an asset
- Experience of SAP, APO DP is an asset, good skills in MS Office Applications is must
- Good understanding of forecast models and methods, supply chain processes and practices
- Strong negotiating skills in order to resolve issues, being a team member
- Candidate should be systematic, good at follow-up and prioritization
- Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
İŞ TANIMI
As Groupe SEB Istanbul, we are looking for a "Demand Forecaster" for our Operations Department.
- Lead the local demand planning processes, follow-up weekly and monthly cycles
- Develop & strengthen collaborative planning in sales & marketing team
- Responsible for making sure that the impact of major events, promotions, pricing activities are incorporated as a part of forecasts by gathering cross functional engagement
- Analyse actual sales and sell-out data to reflect forecast
- Revising forecast for current Month M according to received order portfolio from customers. Building forecast for the next months for M+1 and M +2
- Adjusting weekly forecast for short term according to stock availability incorporate with sales & marketing and report stock availability to sales team for preparation of future orders
- Ensure that the monthly forecast submission deadlines are respected
- Follow – up inventory quality for slow-movers and weekly checks of actions
- Stock management for phase in-out, new launches
